I served as Director of Design & Development in which I oversaw all activities within the department to ensure work was complete, timelines were met, and new activities were appropriately scheduled. In addition to managing a team, I led company develpoment procedures and plans to produce templates, plugins and standards for building/managing client websites.
Sparxoo, Sr. Manager of Integrated Production
2017-2018
I joined Sparxoo in 2017 to lead their Web & Design team. One of my first initiaties, was to implement a company-wide Agile process. The system helped with visibility into team capacity for forecasting and sales awareness. I also dove into code and contributed to the team's development work as needed. Many of the projects I was involved with went on to win awards & helped grow new business opportunities.
